Nicola is qualified in Industrial Psychology and Labour Law. She has been with FMI for over 10 years where she has sat on the board since 2012, and has held the role of Managing Director since 2013. She is experienced across a number of differing industry sectors in both Ireland and the UK including FMCG, Utilities, Telecommunications, Security, Health & Beauty, Retail & Hospitality.
Sandra is a Senior HR Business Partner in Diageo (Ireland). Sandra has been with Diageo since its formation in 1997. She has previously worked in Guinness and Baileys and has held numerous business partnering roles across the Manufacturing, Global Functions and Commercial businesses. She is an experienced Change Agent and has led a number of major business transformation projects. Sandra is a graduate of the NCI and holds an MSc in Human Resources Management.
