Attracting & Retaining Talent in the Flat FMCG Organisation
Having fewer layers of management with wider spans of authority is trending in business currently. This structure definitely has its advantages as it makes the organisation lean, agile and able to respond to market challenges quickly. However, it also has it’s challenges when it comes to retaining and developing top talent.
The very nature of a flat organisation means less hierarchical promotional opportunities for top talent. So how do you retain top talent in this type of FMCG work environment.
Join us at this event where Commercial Leaders from FMI, Ascension, and Diageo share their thoughts on their proven talent management practices that have helped their respective organisations build an talent development culture that focuses on people, performance, and development .Member RegistrationNon-Member Registration Attracting & Retaining Talent in the Flat FMCG Organisation
