Dermot McConkey delivers motivational keynotes to national and international conference audiences, seminars and master classes. He has worked in the financial services field for over 40 years having held many positions in Sales Management, Marketing and Training. One of the foremost authorities on assisting people in achieving positive, measurable change in their attitude, their behaviour and in their results, he launched an interactive sales development software training programme in 2005 called ‘Go sell whatever you want to sell in the Irish marketplace’. He has also published a book, The Selling Conversation, co-authored with Yanky Fachler, an internationally renowned communications expert, and is a contributor of articles to national newspapers, magazines and websites on sales and marketing matters.
Joining Harvest in 2003, Frank previously spent 15 years in a variety of senior management roles within the financial services sector. Frank set up the Mentoring and Talent Development Division, which continues to be the fastest growing division, providing clients with a bespoke service in the design of high impact solutions for organisations eager to improve the effectiveness of key managers and talented employees. Frank has a particular passion for coaching using a style, which is both supportive and flexible. He inspires his coachees’ by drawing on stories and anecdotes, which simulates their own thinking.

Kate Taylor is a business consultant, keynote speaker, mentor and trainer, specialising in Sales Success and Personal Achievement. In senior sales and marketing roles for over 17 years Kate has worked with a diverse range of private clients over a range of industries to grow international sales in a strategic, proactive and innovative way. Kate is Lead Trainer and Coach on the Failte Ireland Sales Academy and has developed also trained for The Marketing Institute of Ireland, Leadership Management Ireland, Enterprise Ireland’s New Frontiers Programme. With a dynamic facilitation style, Kate Taylor excels in adapting the delivery of content to suit the needs of the audience.
