William Linnane, Director, Tesco Ireland

William Linnane has worked in the retail sector for over ten years with Tesco and previously with Kingfisher (Woolworths).  As a Director for Tesco since 2008 he is responsible for managing sales and performance of all fresh food products for Tesco in Ireland.  Prior to this role, William has held senior positions within the Tesco Finance team, with responsibility for planning and reporting across the operations development, property, commercial and marketing departments.

 

William holds a Masters in Economics from Trinity College Dublin (MA), and he is also a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA). He has studied & worked across many countries including Ireland, UK, America, Germany, Holland and Australia.
