Anne Sheehan, Sales Director Ireland, IBM

IBM celebrated its Centennial in June 2011. A truly global company that is not just known for its longevity but its ability to continually transform itself. Also recognised as a world leader in delivering software, hardware and services across all industries in 170 countries. Anne will talk about the evolving role of sales in this transformation and especially how sales adapts during challenging economic times.

Anne Sheehan is Director - GB Ireland Territory for IBM Ireland and responsible for managing the sales performance of IBM's Software, Services and Hardware businesses in the Irish Market.

Prior to this role Anne has held a variety of leadership positions within the IBM Corporation, including Sales Territory Management, Competitive Sales Winback Leader, as well as Sales Manager of individual lines of business in Software, Services and Hardware Sales. Anne has executive responsibility for IBM Ireland's Diversity retention. Prior to joining IBM Anne received an honours degree from University of Limerick in Business Studies and also completed a Graduate Diploma in Computing from University of Limerick. Outside of work Anne volunteers her free time with a local organisation supporting children with Autism.
