Background to Guest Speaker:
John McCormack is a council member and Fellow of the Sales Institute of Ireland.  John served as Chairman of the Institute in 2005. John started his career as an electronic engineer, having graduated from DIT Kevin Street.

John is also a graduate of the Marketing Institute of Ireland (MMII Grad) and holds a diploma in Accounting & Finance (C.Dip ACCA.) John joined Kainos, in 2005 as Business Development Director, having held senior sales and management positions with CARA, ICL, Compaq and Fujitsu. Since joining Kainos in 2005 John has been responsible for developing new business for Kainos in Ireland. Successes include major wins with clients in both the public and private sectors.
