Keith has over 12 years consultancy experience, working with many major blue chip organisation. He has operated as the facilitator for many senior groups. His ability to gain and maintain rapport with groups at all levels is exceptional, and this allows him to challenge the individual or group. Prior to joining the consultancy world, Keith worked in the banking sector, rising to the position of District Manager, responsible for over 90 retail units.
