AI or artificial intelligence is the trending term that Sales Institute members are talking about at the start of 2018, and it has already started to change the way Inside Sales leaders do business. AI has already started enabling ISDN members to automate and use machine learning practices to offload time consuming and mundane tasks so that their sales team can spend more time conversing with real sales prospects and less time qualifying out the tyre kickers.


So, the question is apart from automation and doing things faster or better, how else might AI be a source of competitive advantage? Will it play out that it becomes that source of deeper customer insight which might be used at different stages of the buying process?
