ISDN Inside Sales Management Practices - Whitepaper 1
In November 2017, The Sales Institute conducted its 2nd annual Sales Practice Survey among our Inside Sales Director Network community This is a networking community for executive sales management in the Inside Sales profession. This white paper is a chapter from the survey and covers sales manager practices from large inside sales hubs based in Ireland.
The paper outlines the management metrics used by inside sales managers, their coaching practices and how they use their time over the course of a working week.
The report breaks the survey sample into three cohorts (a) Top performing inside sales teams, 9b) The remainder of the sample, and 9c) The full sample.
The sample is representative of the 70 Inside Sales organisations who are members of the ISDN.
